    • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 5-7 business days after processing.
    • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 3-5 business days after processing.
    • Express Shipping: Typically delivers within 1-2 business days after processing.

    Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and any unforeseen delays in transit.

  • International Orders:

    • We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders can vary depending on the destination. Customs processing may also affect delivery time.
    • Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
    • Please be aware that you, the customer, are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country’s government upon arrival of the package.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as your shipping address. You will be able to review and confirm your shipping costs before completing your purchase during the checkout process.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address when placing an order.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Parasonali is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. We will assist in resolving the issue, including providing a return label for damaged goods if applicable.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

7. Signature on Delivery

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice for you to reschedule delivery or pick up your package at a local facility.

8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping destination.

10. Shipping Address Changes

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
